Be Coyote Pty Ltd does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or choice of colour. We understand that purchasing foundation online can be tricky, so we have a trained team available to help you with your foundation shade selection.

Please email a few photos of yourself in good NATURAL lighting to colourmatch@becoyote.com and we will recommend the best foundation shade for you.

We will also include a sample of the shade you have ordered so that you can test the shade first before opening the full size foundation.

To qualify for a shade exchange the foundation you exchange must be UNOPENED.

We will not exchange a foundation that has been opened.

To request a shade exchange please follow these instructions:

Email orders@becoyote.com within 7 days of receipt of order, providing your order number.

A representative will organise the exchange and will provide address details that you can post the foundation back to.

You will be responsible for the cost to return the foundation to us.

We will cover the cost of sending the new foundation to you.

You will not qualify for an exchange if any of the following have occurred.

  • If you have gone against our recommendation and purchased a different shade and find it does not match.
  • If longer then 7 days has past since receiving the Foundation.
  • If the foundation has been opened.

Faulty Goods

If you believe you have received a faulty item please email admin@becoyote.com immediately to request a Goods Return Form. This form must be returned with the product within 7 days after receiving your order. The returned product will be inspected and if deemed to be faulty a replacement with be sent to you.

What happens if I am unhappy with the products or change my mind?

Shopping online can be tricky so we have a trained team available to answer any questions you have before you place your order. We are here to help you and assist with any question you have.

Please email admin@becoyote.com before placing your order to ensure all your queries are answered as we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or if you are unhappy with the product.

Can I return/exchange products purchased online at a Be Coyote salon stockist?

Our salon stockists run their business separate to ours, so any products purchased online can not be returned/exchanged at our stockists.

Our salon stockists run their business separate to ours, so you would need to contact the stockist you purchased from in regard to their policies.

Product Description and Colours

We do our best to accurately describe our products and colours. The colour you see will depend on the monitor you are using so we can not guarantee the accuracy of the colours.

We do not have a shop front you can visit as our offices and warehouse are not open to the public, but if you need to speak to us just send an email to admin@becoyote.com and we can organise to email you back or call you.

You can however visit your nearest salon stockist. They will be able to answer you questions and demonstrate our products. You can also purchase directly from you nearest salon stockist.

Be Coyote is a professional Salon Line and can be purchased within select beauty salons.

For all orders within Australia, all prices are inclusive of GST.

All our products are free from any nasty chemicals. We take the health of your skin very seriously.

We are always updating and growing our product range to keep up to date with the current trends.

We will always respond to your emails in a timely manner so if you have not received a reply from us within 48hrs, please check your junk folder as it may have gone there. Also please check the email address you have sent to is correct. For general enquiries admin@becoyote.com and for enquiries relating to an order you have placed orders@becoyote.com

We will usually post all orders out within 48hrs of payment being received. During peak times this may take longer. Once your order has been sent you will receive an email from Australia Post with your tracking details so that you can track your order. If you do not receive this please check your junk folder or email orders@becoyote.com.

If it is longer then the estimated delivery time and your order still has not been received please let us know and we will follow it up for you. orders@becoyote.com

We can help!

Email a few photos of yourself to colourmatch@becoyote.com in good natural lighting and we will recommend the best shade for you.

We will also send you a free sample of the same foundation shade that you can try first so ensure a perfect match.

Ensure you try the sample before opening the foundation as we will only exchange an UNOPENED Foundation.

If you try the foundation sample and it is not a match, please let us know within 7 days of receipt by emailing orders@becoyote.com and we will happily exchange the shade for you.

Please note, if a recommendation is given, but you choose to order a different shade, then unfortunately we can not exchange the shade for you.

But if our recommendation is not a match we will happily exchange for anther shade.

To qualify for an exchange the original foundation must be returned UNOPENED.

We will not accept any foundations that have been opened.

NO WAY! Be Coyote is a cruelty free, VEGAN makeup line meaning that we do not test on animals or use ANY animal derived products.
