We understand you are excited to receive your order and strive to get your products to you asap.

We will usually post your order within 48hrs after payment being received.

Please note our office is closed of a Wednesday so mail will not be posted on Wednesday.

Once your order has been posted, please find below a guide to delivery times. This is only a guide as does not take into consideration any delays by Australia post.

No, at this stage we are a complete online business so do not have a shop that you can visit. But if your would like to speak to someone, please email your details to admin@becoyote.com and one of our Sales Representatives will give you a call.

Be Coyote is a Salon line,so you can visit your nearest salon stocklist and they will be able to help you also.

All payments are made via Pay Pal or bank deposit.

For all orders within Australia, all prices are inclusive of GST.

 

If you are missing emails from Becoyote, please check your email account’s Spam or Junk folder to ensure the message was not filtered. If the message was filtered, you may find an option to ‘Mark as good’ or ‘Add sender to white-list.’ This will aid in receiving future emails from Becoyote.

  • I need help selecting my foundation shade.

We can help you :) Please email colourmatch@becoyote.com with a few photos of yourself in good natural lighting and we will recommend the best shade for you.

  • What if I purchase a loose mineral foundation and it’s the incorrect shade for my skin.

We always include a free sample of the foundation shade you purchase with your order so that you can try the sample first to see if the shade matches. If is not a match please email orders@becoyote.com and we will organise to exchange the unopened foundation.

If the foundation has been opened we can not offer an exchange.

  • Do you offer refunds

We do not offer refunds due to change of mind or if you decide you do not like the product. Please ensure that you ask questions first as we are always here to answer them.
